Lead Team 4th Session 2022
Lead Team Session was conducted to discuss the value addition induced by different departments in an organization. Different departmental heads shared the objective achieved by their department and the value added. Organizational level vision, mission and objectives were also discussed and its importance reiterated. Promotions and incentives were also announced.
