Mr. Munis Abdullah

Mr. Munis Abdullah joined International Brands Limited in the year 2007 as Business Manager handling the sales and distribution of FMCG products. Mr. Abdullah holds a Bachelor degree in designing from Indus Valley School of Arts.He is the Chief Executive Officer/Director of “United Retail (SMC-Private) Limited” and leads the retail brand “Habitt”. Mr. Abdullah also serves as Director on the board of the following companies of the IBL group:

Mr. Syed Nadeem Ahmed

Syed Nadeem Ahmed is the CEO of United Brands Limited as well as the Group Chief Executive of IBL Group. He has 26 years of rich experience in Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Industry. Besides United Brands Limited, he is also a Director in The Searle Company Limited, IBL Health Care limited, United Distributors Pakistan Limited, International Franchise Limited, Dunkin Donuts, Habitt Home Store, IBL Operations Private Limited, Unisys Private Limited, Employers Federation of Pakistan, Nextar Private limited and AKAR Charity Hospital. Mr. Nadeem is an active member of Pakistan Pharmaceutical manufacturers Association (PPMA). He received graduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and attain various Management and post graduate degree in Management Engineering & Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from various International Universities. He has received Fellowship from Chartered Management Institute, (CMI, Royal Charter) England and is a Certified Director Program from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, (ICAP).

Mr. Zubair Razzak Palwala

Mr. Zubair Razzak Palwala is a Director in United Brands Ltd. He is a MBA, and started the career with A.F. Ferguson & Co. He completed the article ship in 1991 and passed the intermediate examination from ICAP. Thereafter joined Philips Electrical Industry as Internal Auditors for about 3 years, he then joined the IBL Group in 1994 and since then is affiliated with the group. He performed as the Head of First UDL Modaraba for about 10 years, had also supervised the retail business i.e. Habitt and Dunkin Donuts and is carrying variable portfolios such as Chief Financial Officer of The Searle Company Limited, Group Director Finance & Managing Director of United Distributors Pakistan Limited. Mr. Palwala has ability to build controls analyze critically and take appropriate decisions.

Mr. Rizwan Ahmad

Ms.Tayyaba Rasheed

Tayyaba Rasheed is the Chairman of Board’s Audit Committee of United Brands Limited . She holds an MBA degree from IBA and is a CFA, FRM charter holder. She holds JAIBP to her credit from Institute of Bankers Pakistan. She successfully completed NIBAF certification and underwent a thorough Islamic Finance training program. She has also completed the Directors Training Program and is a certified Independent Director. Tayyaba occupies more than 17 years of diversified corporate and investment banking experience. She has a proven and successful career in Investment, Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance with profound skills in Structured Financing, Infrastructure Advisory, Capital Markets and Islamic Finance. She is a well-known corporate and investment banker and is focused on delivering results across the board. She has got diversified experience and has an in depth understanding of various sectors of the economy. She has worked in senior positions at CIBG, NBP and Bank Alfalah.
